A new way that guests of hotels can enjoy the city

A new way for hosts to know more about the guests and how to improve the service making partnership with third parts,  implementing new serice, or doing some cross selling.

-Using the Google Home and the related assistant we have been able to use it with the open data, to provide information to the guests like interesting event or activity in the sorrounding area (plus call a taxi from the reception, order dinner from hotel restaurant, found sport facility and more... )

- The device send the user data collected in this way to the hotel internal services.
