Show criteriaThe project encompasses the creation of a portal (e.g. app, web app, bot, LLM) for forecasting the growth of a plant. Given some input environmental parameters (e.g. temperature, humidity, acidity of the soil, pressure), an AI model should be able to output a graphical depiction (a picture or video) of the plant (e.g. tomato, basil, sage, rosemary, strawberry).

Show criteriaChallenge Description
Imagine an interactive radio station where guests at Lido Schenna co-create the soundtrack of their summer day. Your challenge is to design and prototype a collaborative music selection app that empowers people on-site to the music experience at the Lido’s pool or bar.
Think of it as a community-powered jukebox: participants can suggest, prioritise, and influence what gets played through a system that’s intuitive, democratic, and fun (without ever disturbing the relaxed atmosphere).
You are encouraged to explore integrations with Spotify or other streaming APIs, but beyond that, the concept is open.
Possible ideas you might explore include:- a voting system to decide the next track
- location-based access, so only current Lido guests can participate
- safeguards against repetition or spamming
- creative features like dedications, themed playlists, or queue-based games
But these are just inspirations. The solution is entirely up to you.
What matters is that your app:- is enjoyable for all and preserves the tranquil atmosphere of the Lido
- requires little or no staff involvement to manage
- encourages positive participation over control or noise
- is grounded in real-world usability for this specific setting
This challenge is about building something people would actually love to use by the pool.
Judging Criteria- Usability & Simplicity → Is it easy and enjoyable to use in a pool/bar setting?
- Creativity & Originality → Does the concept offer an engaging take on social music?
- Feasibility & Technical Solution → Could it realistically be implemented soon?
- Atmosphere Fit → Does it enhance rather than disturb the Lido’s peaceful vibe?

Show criteriaBoost the c3nav Editor: Smart Tools for Indoor Maps
Your challenge is to build editor tools that simplify and speed up the creation of indoor maps using c3nav (https://github.com/c3nav), an Open Source indoor navigation system designed for real-time, multi-floor guidance in complex buildings (think campuses, conference venues, …). It’s what helps people find their way - but it needs a hand behind the curtain.
Your solution will be judged based on:
Usability & Simplicity → Is it intuitive and pleasant to use?
Integration with c3nav Editor → How feasible is the implementation? How well does it fit the existing system?
Project Guideline Fit → How closely does it follow the technical and design spirit of the c3nav project?
